 Reporting to the Branch Manager, Anton will be working for a sub-prime auto dealership that is also a bank that holds the paper on all of its auto financing. He will be managing, motivating, training, and recruiting a sales team. He will also be responsible for underwriting all auto loans and making sure that they perform and are profitable. He will also be responsible for the entire branch when the branch manager is gone. He sees a very good fit:

 The main reason for accepting this job were that it fit perfectly with my skill set. I had 7 years experience in the sub-prime mortgage industry with a strong sales background and many years of management experience. The bulk of the job responsibilities are what I did previously as an operations manager.

 The job felt like it would be a perfect fit, with a minor learning curve as I just need to learn the companys policies and procedures, and move my mortgage mindset over to autos.
